About Me

I am a Pennsylvania Registered Landscape Architect, and have been on the design and sales staff at Gasper Landscape & Construction since the spring of 2011.  I bring to the table over 30 years of experience in the field of Landscape Architecture, specializing in residential design. Previously, I worked in Urban Design and Planning.  Coming from a long line of Penn Staters, I earned my BS in Landscape Architecture at Pennsylvania State University.

I believe the key to great design  is not only the ability to see, but to listen

Often my role as Landscape Architect is actually that of landscape ‘counselor’.  As landscape counselor, I carefully listen to what my clients’ needs and wants are.  The understanding I gain from taking the time to listen, allows me to facilitate a healthy relationship with their properties through the creation of strong design concepts and appropriate landscape choices. ​ 

Outside of work,  I am often found experimenting in my own garden.  I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters or playing ice hockey with the Hawks, a local women’s team.
